Startup evidence
Our startup forms record equipment identity, as-installed configuration, drawing/manual revision, commissioning test reports and unresolved installation discrepancies. A completed form is not an authorization to energize.
Maintenance evidence
Our maintenance forms record operating events, current observations, change from baseline and service/replacement history. Keep the original approved method and test conditions to judge whether successive results can be compared.
Preserve what has changed
Record the instrument, accessories, temperature/load context, selected unit and source report. If a method or configuration has changed, do not silently treat the readings as one comparable trend. FIST is a research reference with its own hydropower application boundary.
